John Stewart Harker is a Registered Cadastral and Consulting Surveyor based in Townsville, Queensland, and the founder of Signature Surveys.
With more than 30 years of experience in the surveying industry, John brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to every project. His work spans cadastral surveying, consulting, development support, boundary identification, land subdivisions, building set-outs and property-related surveying advice.
John has built his career around accuracy, reliability and clear communication. He understands that surveying is often a critical step in property ownership, development, construction and compliance, and he works closely with clients, consultants, builders and developers to help projects move forward with confidence.
Through Signature Surveys, John provides professional surveying services across Townsville and surrounding North Queensland areas. His local knowledge, technical experience and commitment to detail allow him to deliver precise survey outcomes tailored to each client’s needs.

Nadine Harker - Finance Manager
Nadine Harker brings a practical, commercially focused approach to business. Her background allows her to understand both the financial detail and the day-to-day realities of running a business, combining strategic thinking with hands-on operational experience.
Her experience includes financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, BAS, accounts payable and receivable, HR administration, systems management and board-level reporting.
Today, Nadine applies that experience across her business interests, with a focus on strong financial management, sustainable growth, clear communication and creating businesses that are both well-run and meaningful.
